Mint chutney is very refreshing dip for your Snacks, Parathas, Sandwiches. This is very easy to make and you can keep it up to 3-4 days in refrigerator.

Mint Leaves – 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup
Chili – 1-2
Shallots – 3-4 (can replace with 1 small onion)
Ginger – 1 inch
Jaggery – 1/2 tsp(optional)
Lemon Juice – 1tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
Water to grind.
Directions
- Add all the above ingredients in mixer and grind until smooth.
- Adjust water, salt according to your taste.

Tips
- If you add onions / shallots then shelf life is less.
- Jaggery gives little sweetness to this chutney but if you want you can skip adding jaggery.
- Add lemon juice while grinding only as it will maintain the green colour of mint leaves.
