Easy Cake Pops | Eggless Cake Pops | Cake Balls

Categories : Cakes , Desserts , Snacks

Cake Pops are cake lollipops covered with chocolate. They are easy to make and delicious . Children would definitely love them . Use a fresh cake to make it or if you have a left over cake turn them into cake pops and you have a new dish again.

Like cakes it can be enjoyed on any occasion and any season.

You just need to take any cake of your choice or availability and crumble it and then add any of the binding agents like sweet milk, condensed milk, whipping cream or melted butter. I have used whipping cream here .

If your cake is not too sweet then you can add some sweetener also, or can use sweetened milk, sweetened cream. It totally depends on your cake base which you are using for your cake pops.

Add the binding agent gradually and mix it , check that it is forming a ball shape without any cracks. After making balls out of cake do not forget to put them in fridge to cool down.

Meanwhile melt some chocolate in a double boiler or in microwave. Dip your prepared cake balls in chocolate and put them on a parchment paper or butter paper . Add some sprinklers. Again put them in fridge for at least 10-12 minutes to set.
