Fruit Cream | Fruit Salad in 5 mins

Fruit cream or Fruit Salad is a sweet dessert made of seasonal fruits , condensed milk and cream. It’s a healthy and tasty dessert and very easy and quick to make . It hardly takes 5-10 mins to prepare with the available fruits , cream / yogurt at your home.

You could eat this in any season , it’s generally served chilled but it’s your choice. Because it tastes wonderful when chilled it’s a good summer dessert.

Add fruits of your choice and enjoy munching them with the goodness of cream. Cut fruits just before serving only. We can not keep fruit cream for a long time as fruits will start browning and will release some water.

At the time of serving decorate with some more healthy nuts.

This recipe can be enjoyed during fasting also as it has only fruits and nuts with fresh cream and some condensed milk.

Mostly kids are fussy in eating fruits so this is a good trick to give some fruits to your kids . They will surely enjoy this dish .

Condensed milk can be replaced with sweetened thickened milk or curd, or just increase the amount of fresh cream and add some sugar.

I am using Apple , Pomegranates and Kiwi here but you could add any fruits of your choice like Bananas ,Mangoes, Papaya, Strawberry , Grapes etc. Peel the fruits and remove any seeds before you make this.

Ingredients

  • Apples – 1 cup

  • Kiwi – 1 cup

  • Pomegranate seeds – 1/2 cup

  • Fresh Cream – 1 cup

  • Almonds – 4-5 chopped

  • Raisins – 8-10

  • Pistachios – 8-10 chopped

  • Dried Pineapple – 1 tsp

  • Condensed Milk – 1/4 cup

Directions

  • In a bowl mix all the fruits and dry fruits.
  • Add Fresh cream.
  • Add condensed milk.
  • Mix everything.
  • Serve Immediately.
