Tamatar Chutney ( Tomato Sauce ) is best companion with snacks, starters or appetizers. It can be served with poori, parathas, french fries, potato chips, burger, pakora etc. And kids love this as this is not spicy but sweet and tangy. I like to have it with aloo parathas.

Use ripe red tomatoes for this recipe to get nice texture and flavor. It adds taste to your meal and can be added in your every day food.

Eat it fresh but if you want to preserve it add some vinegar which acts as preservative . Alternatively put in refrigerator an it’s good for many days.

Generally water is not used in making this kind of quick tomato sauce but if you think its thick or dry then you could add little water based on the quantity you are making.
